I few months back I noticed a random white mark on the head rest of my driver seat. I have no idea what it could be, its looks almost like whiteout but I cant feel it when I run my finger across it. It may have happened when the t-tops were off sitting in the garage, no idea

any ideas on what it could be and/or how to remove it?
