Trader ratings

How do you post up a positive trader rating? Tried the search function but couldn't see any help. Just wanted to let people know someone is a great seller.

Oh Boy, I learn new lesson about trader rating. I have been buy and sell the LS1 items thru this LS1Tech.. No wonder, my trader rate is NULL
