Default Is the fly wheel the same on the LS1 compared to the LS7 clutch?

I'm trying to diagnose a shifting problem. I have the LS7 clutch in it now. I want to throw my old stock clutch back in it to see if the problem goes away. I was wondering if the clutch is the same between the two. That way I wouldn't have to remove the flywheel when I swap the disc and pressure plate.

The problem is that I can't shift fast between gears at high RPM. I replaced the master cylinder and that didn't help. The problem arose after putting in the LS7 cliutch and has been progressively getting worse.

BTW, the old clucth has 40K on it.

Yeah you will have to change the flywheel along with the clutch.

You can only use a LS1 setup with a LS1 flywheel. The LS7 disk and pressure plate can only be used with the LS2 flywheel
