wtb shift boot retainer its that plastic ring that holds down the shift boot, mine as most other broke, and i cant find one anywhere!!! if anyone has one they want to let go cheap, send me a pm. its in a 95 trans am 6speed

yeah i pmed him last night, bc about an hour after i posted that i found the thread, but no word back yet, and he done pretty much exactly what i was going to do, only i was going to use aluminum and make it more like the stock one, but his looks better! thanks

Mine broke in 2 places..I used the NEW Crazy Glue they have out..overnite..and very strong.....that retainer seems like a great idea though......if u are stuck..[no pun intended]...CRAZY GLUE is your friend..

lol mine is broke into like 6 pieces and arent all there, and i hate the loose shifter boot! so if farmer2 ever pm's me back, im hopefully getting his
