Default turbo exchange program?

i've got a brand new GT47-88. never been used but is probably 2-3 years old. (i've had it in my possesion for a year now and before that the first owner had it on a shelf for a year or so)

could i send this in and upgrade to a bigger turbo? perhaps pay the difference? does any company do something like this?

might be able to sell it for a decent price. I sold my unused GT47-88 a few months ago

i dont know that anyone will exchange it but you should be able to sell it for a good price. If you sent it back to garret or who ever made it and have them go over it and forwarded that info to the buyer i dont see why you couldn't get close to what a new one goes for.
