i'm trying to finishing things up on my iron 408

for lifters i'm going with ls7's

my l92 heads are stock with just minor exhaust work

pistons are diamond flat tops with l92 valve reliefs

for the cam i was looking at a tsp Giant 248/254 on a 113 or a 114 not sure yet

do i use 6.0 head gaskets or?

any idea what my c/r would be

i'm using stock rockers so what length pushrods will i need?

also theres 3 screw in freeze plugs correct?

i forget and my lq9 came bare
