Default 17x10.50's on the front?

Is a 10.5" wheel to wide to go on the front? I found a set of wheels for sale that I like, except that they're all 10.50's. Are those too wide?

I wasn't planning on running 315's, just 275's. Maybe a 285 or 295 would fit those wheels better?

I'm concerned about rubbing in the front.

I thought I had found a set of WS6 wheels, but apparently they've been sold. I'm just desperate to find a good deal on some wheels for this thing.

These're kind of cool looking, they're chrome and look like the late 90's Mustang Cobra wheels. I've always liked that design, and it can't be any worse than putting TTM's on it, as far as Mustang-ness goes.

There are some AutoX guys running 17x11 all the way around, so a 10.5" wheel might be OK as well as long as the offset works. I'm running 19x10's w/275/30/19's and I only have a minor rub issue on the front when I have the wheels turned all the way L or R and it's only rubbing some of the plastic, which is flexible and not causing me any problems...my 17x9.5's rubbed in the same spots too though.
