Default Suspension modifications required for mini tub?

Yes, I have done some searching, but I would like to try and get all the info needed into one place (here). So here is the deal- I want to upgrade my rear wheels from 19x10 with 275/30 to some 19x13 with 345/30. So obviously, I need to get a mini tub kit, but what all needs to be done to the suspension? I am pretty sure the LCA's would not clear a 13" wheel. I have read from searching that someone makes offset LCA's (maybe wolfe?) but I could not find those on their website. And what about the shocks and springs- will they need to be relocated? I'm also sure the inside fender lip will need to be rolled, but I do not want the wheel to stick out past the top edge of the fender. I don't mind if its flush.
