Yah i know I dont even know what kinda heads I have lol.... I have never been a chevy fan until I saw the light of lt1/ls1 power.... I have a 1993 z28 what kinda heads/casting number are they and is there any stock take offs off another vehcile that is an upgrade

The heads you have should be aluminum and while not the best flowing as cast are the most desirable for professional port work.

Easy way to tell, a magnet. Unless your car had a mishapped transplant, you should have Alu heads.
