Default Need part # for hose..

i was wondering if anybody knew the part # for a coolant hose that ran from your waterpump to the radiator, that has a bleeder screw in it, and thats in the form of a "T". In this pic, its the hose/bleeder on the left. Anybody?

actually just need to know what its called exactly or where to get it..

i actually had to replace this hose and kragen and autozone didnt carry it so i made my own it doesnt have the bleeder screw but it works perfect!

The Chevy Dealership will probably know what it is.
