Default Lights on rear Spoiler

Yesterday i got new brake lights for my car. Since i bought the car the lights on the hatch (spoiler) dont work, so i went ahead and bought them. I installed them but they dont turn on. Is there a fuse for the rear spoiler lights? relay?

Yeah, these lights run off the stop light wires. I'd check for a bad connector or a cut cable somewhere.
