Default Why does my car surge when coming to a stop?

I cant figure this one out. Im running a 224/228 on a 115lsa with a ls6 intake and a forged ls1 with a single 67mm turbo. The car starts fine and for the most part drives stock. My only issue with drivability is that when i come up to a light or im parking in a lot i get alot of surging and some times it will die out. If i make a sudden stop its fine, its only when im coasting to a light and i get below about 10mph.

When i first put this engine/turbo setup my tuner sent me a base tune for break in via email. That tune had zero surging and perfect drivability. He said he never changed anything on the drivability part after i had a full dyno tune. Is there anything i can check in the tune that could cause my issues. Also this is a sd tune and ive checked for any vaccum leaks.

I mean, if you aren't doing the tuning and don't have the software, how can anyone here really help you at all?

Im just looking to see if this is a common issue with tuning. That way i can pass along any info to my tuner to have him review the tune. I also had the tune emailed to me if someone was able to take a look at it.
