New motors going in the car right now and Id like to PCM to be flashed back to stock. Its a 00 PCM in a 99 car. Id like to have the correct matching year and vin, but the dealership tells me that it has to be in the car to do so. Is there any sponsor that anyone knows of that can just flash back to stock 99M6 and set the vin for me without charging for a full mail order tune.
