Speedo Stuck at 200 MPH
Wasn't sure where to post this but I'll try here and computers. I took my Moser rearend back out to adj the backlash and paint it. While it was out I turned the key on, to roll the window down. I noticed the speedo shoot up to 200 MPH stay there. I figured it was because the I had the abs sensors unplugged. Well I put the rear end back in and hooked everything back up and when I turned the key on it stayed at 200. I started it up and let it run for a few but still there at 200. I even tried turning the wheel a few times. the drive shaft is still out because I'm waiting on a DL loop and torque arm, but this is bugging the hell out of me. Why wont it go back to 0.
Oh yea its a granatelli 200 MPH Speedo. I gues would be the same as a normal stuck at 160
Please Help
Rob

Re: Speedo Stuck at 200 MPH
Have you tried resetting the PCM?
1. Take out the PCM IGN and PCM BAT fuses from the engine compartment
2. Wait 5 minutes.
3. Put fuses back and start the car.
4. You may need to rev it up a bit to keep the car from dieing. After a little while it will stabilize the idle.
