I have a set of 03 zo6 heads (243 casting) with all valves and springs/keepers still installed. I removed these for a new set of MTI heads. I can send you some pictures if you want.
They also have the rocker retainer bars as well. The Heads have 19000 miles on them, and are 100% perfect.
$600 plus shipping, or make me an offer.
