Default Nine Inch Axel Seal and Bearing Questions, please help!

So i was assembeling my new moser nine inch tonight and had a few issues.

1. While i was installing the the axel seals i dented them a bit, are they going to be ok or am i going to have to replace them?

2. I opened the bearing box and there is a spacer that comes with them, where on the axel do i install them or is that for a application that does not run the brake backing plate? There is also an o ring on the bearing that is offset a little bit, does that go towards the center of the diff or on the outside?

Sorry for sounding like an idiot but i have never worked on a diff without c clips and i dont want to screw it up. Thanks For any help or input!

I'm a "C- Clip Idiot" also but... I pulled my axles out of my Moser 9 inch today. The o ring is towards the center, I have no spacers, they might be for different brake setups, and there were no seals on mine. It looks like the bearings themselves were the seal... Sorry, that's all I know...

The o-ring side needs to be closer to the brakes, as long as you sat them in there well and it is still circular, then you are good to go!

It doesn't really matter which way the o ring is facing on the bearing..people have done it both ways. Oil shouldn't be getting in that area anyway because of the axle seal. If it does, it will leak either way, o ring facing toward or away from the brakes...ask me how i know..
