xfi 280 or 276 on 300cfm heads on 355
for a street car which cam would be better keep in mind i do not want to ruin my springs every 10,000 miles and want driveability/reliability i do however shift at 7k so if someone has any reccomendations or suggest another cam input is greatly appreciated

I would use the XFI280 and something like the Manley beehive springs that are 150# on the seat. PAC also makes good springs. I don't think you will be able to spin that high with the 26918 valve springs. Keep the valve train weight down.

The 280 is a good cam, but if you spent the money to rebuild your bottom end then spend the money on a custom camshaft. That way you will get the best power, driveability etc. Also at 7k are you still making power? Just because you can go that high doesn't mean you are still making power.
