Default Car dying on me?

My friends just installed some longtubes and a stall. Also I just got my car tuned. The next day after the tune, my car died on me when I was backing out. Now it does it when I am about to come to a complete stop and it starts trying to catch idle but when I am at a complete stop, It idles fine again. only does it when I am slowing down about to come to a complete stop.

Also the check engine light is not on. I called the tuner up and he told me its probably my 02's but I only have 21000 miles on the car.

The first tune I had the guy put the idle rpms way too low he just bumped it up a little and it worked fine.
But if your not throwing a code then its his tune he should fix it, If he says its the O2's hell replace them but if it dosent fix it then he should pay for them. Its his tune you didnt have a problem befor and now you do.
