I have a set of ported and milled 5.3 heads with 2.00 intake valves and 1.55 exhaust valves gasket matched I am wondering if anyone could tell me the average gain you get with these heads. Im running a comp 224

I dont have numbers but i noticed a nice strong pull down in my lower rpms on my 5.3l heads when i did my swap. I dont have as large of intakes as you do but i would think that you would get just as good or better responds as mine.
