I'm picking up a set of 06 LS2 Corvette Heads to put on my 02 LQ4 6.0 in my 3/4 ton sierra 4x4 along with a 02 Z06 cam. I'm curious as to what compression ratio this would give me and also if i need to change intake, rockers, exhaust, pushrods, etc ? Thanks for any info!

ls2 is a 6.0, so the compression should be the same as an ls2 i would think.

I was hoping these would bump up my compression a point as my current Lq4 heads have 71/72 cc combustion chambers.

the ls2 are the same heads as the ls6 243s. i think the lq4 is like 9:1, so it will go up a little.

Thanks for all your advice! Thats what i want is slightly more comp. = torque.
