Default Aluminum Nitrous Feed Line

Can this be used and still pass NHRA inspections? Of course, there will be AN fittings and proper flares. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade and have made replacement hydraulic aluminum lines that held 2000psi. If not aluminum, what about stainless steel? What do you guys think?

Default Re: Aluminum Nitrous Feed Line

As far as NHRA,NMCA/IHRA,NSCA and so on will require the use of high pressure tested aircraft quality components like stainless steel braided Teflon lines throughout the system.

Most of witch should have ability to maintain at least or more a burst rate of 3000psi. Any thing less its your call. I would say sanctioning bodies will not allow the use of alumn. tubing for the nitrous line.
