Default cam bearing question pics inside

im in the middle of a cam swap on my car when I noticed some copper was visible on the cam bearings the engine has 100k on it. Before the tear down i was having trouble with what I thought was a lifter intermittently collapsing, it would make a loud valve train knock and start missing and During the tear down I also found a damaged spring seat. The first bearing has wear on the side the rest of them have about the same amount of wear but on the bottom. my question is do you think I should have the cam bearings replaced which would really set me back as i don't really have a way or the time to get the motor to a machine shop, or should I just throw it back together. It will be getting new lifters a melling 296 pump, patriot duals and a new comp cam im not looking to make it run for ever but I would like to be able to get another 20-30k out of the motor

thanks for your advise

Jeremy
