Default Tuner Needed - Crank Recailbration Code 1336

After assembling my LS1 with a new timing wheel, crank sensor, and PCM, I'm getting code 1336 (Crank Relearn). Apparently, this is normal if you've changed any of the above components. Does anyone have a scanner who would be willing to come to Valley Stream, Long Island, NY 11581 to run the test and calibration on my car? The car will not be drivable for a couple of months and I would really like to solve this problem.

BTW - an OTC scanner does not have the capability to perform this recalibration. It needs to be one of the more expensive scanners like a Tech II or an LS1 tuning program.

Please respond with you price.

Thanks.

John

Find a shop with a snap on scanner. They have this capability.

Would one of the older Snap On scanners work? If not, how recent does it have to be?

Thanks.
