I have this code poping up,I did A search and many said it seems to be a defective cat.My Question is,I had new High Flow spun cats installed less than 2k miles ago and pretty sure its not the cats.Could the o2 sensor be bad?Thoughts?

just turn the code off you dont need it. Even if you dont have softwear getting the code deleted will be cheper than o2 sensor.

Its because those cats arent nearly as efficient as the OEs. Turn the codes off. They wont stop popping up.
