Arrow Anyone runnign the G5X3 on a 114 with 59cc heads? Flycutting??

Hi,

Hey guys I need some feed back from you and I know someone here has done this setup and would like some info. I want to put a G5X3 cam on a 114 LSA in my car but I have milled heads "59cc" and I was wondering if I need to flycut the pistons? If someone could chime in and let me know if they have done it, it would be a big help. Im also planning on using stock head gaskets.

Thanks,
Roger

the 112 cam they want you to flycut the intake side .050+ I believe, but are okay with the 114+0 version I think.

Kinda depends on what type of heads you have.

59cc means nothing without stating exactly what heads, and how much was milled off.

When I got the g5x3 back in 2005 LG flycutt for an added measure of safety. I had stock heads, untouched. (2000 corvette FRC early year production)
