Default What is need to upgrade my cam from a TR224 to something BIGGER!

I bought this car with the TR224 cam and I am just wondering if it would worth it to put a bigger cam in it. It dyno'd at 387/379, which I think is pretty good for that size cam. Would I be able to basically use the same springs and retainers and all that and just buy a new cam? I know it depends on how big I go, but I am just wondering if I will need to buy all the normal stuff you would usually buy when you get a cam for the first time. I would like to get around 410-420rwhp, but I am thinking of just getting some heads and keeping the same cam. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would just get heads. I make 430rwhp/403rwtq. My car made 38xrwhp/370rwtq cam only. The TR224 is a hard cam to beat.

As for if you change cams, I would change springs even if you do not need to. They seem to develop some kind of memory and could fail if you change to a more agressive ramp rate or more lift. Just my opinion.
