Timing chain question/windage screen

Timing chain question/windage screen I found a little extra play in my timing chain when I took my motor apart today and was wondering what some of your views are on a double roller vs gear to gear other than the obvious noise factor.
Also I bough the windage screen, pan and pick up tube form a 08 hummer to fit motor in s-10 but the screen is almost identical to the factory truck one. Anyone see why I shouldnt return the screen?
