Fan settings in Houston

I have a predator programmer and want to know with a 160 thermostat what does everybody have there fan settings at? I live in Houston So ITS HOT ALWAYS! Drive about 500 miles a week whats a good setting so they wont run all the time?

I have my fans on at 180' for fan
1 and 190' for fan 2 via LS1edit.
