Default Resurfacing Billet Steel Spec Flywheel

I have one of the older Billet Steel Spec flywheels w/out the removeable surface areas, basicly mine looks like a stock flywheel. I am going with a Ram HD clutch now that my Spec is old, is it possible to resurface the Billet Steel (obviously within limit) I would rather not buy a new flywheel but I don't want to buy another clutch either

I haven't ever had one resurfaced, what is the best place to take it to? Obviously I am in St. Louis and this is a national board, but any input is appreciated.
