Default Lazy Pedal

What's up guys. I've been having some issues with my clutch pedal the last couple months. It returns up, but stops about 3/4 of the way up, then a couple of seconds later it will return all the way up. I have bled many many times by the bleeder valve, and the clutch fluid is clear. Tried Valvoline SynPower, Regular DOT3, and DOT4. Currently has DOT4 in it and is clear as can be. I have a Centerforce Dual Friction clutch. What do you guys think? Air still in the lines or what? Thanks for looking.

Does it do this only during hard shifts (racing) or all the time?

Thanks Kurt. Totally forgot about the drill mod. Yes, it's all the time it seems. Pedal firmness changes frequently. If I pump it up quite a bit, then it feels firm and shifts better. I'll do the drill mod. I think that'll help out a lot. Thanks guys.
