Track numbers inside, 11's possible?

Track numbers inside, 11's possible? Ok so I went to the track yesterday and the results were what I expected and not what I expected at the same time.
With running n/a my best run was a 12.6 @ 114 mph 2.1 60'. Had a decent amount of tire spin with the street tires.
My best 100 shot (wet) was 12.5 @ 119 mph 2.1 60'. First gear was completely worthless as well as the beginning of second. Also ran a 12.6 @ 120 with 2.3 60'.
The three biggest issues were: One, my window switch won't let me lock first gear out. Two, street tires = bad idea. Three, don't have bottle heater and the pressure was around 800 psi which isn't good with this wet kit.
With these issues resolved is 11's possible?
