Please post whatever info one should provide a tuner when considering a LSx conversion.
Do you think this would make a good "sticky thread"?

Examples:
LSx engines exterior dimensions, weight, compatible transmissions, electonics, etc.

Thank you.

There are several things to consider when doing a conversion and wanting to have the computer moded to support your setup.

Removal of rear O2 Sensors
Speedometer calibration (Tire sizes X Gears)
removal of Vatts
Removal of any AIR Emissions
Camshaft change

These are just a few, best bet is to try and find someone that is very familiar with moding these for conversions. I used Jesse at http://www.wait4meperformance.com/ He seems pretty knowledgeable and very reasonably priced $300 to cleanup the harness and do a mail order tune, just tell him what your doing and he can take it from there. Others have used him as well, I have not fired mine up yet but getting close.
