Default 02 Readings Fluctuating while driving...

I assume this isnt normal? Any input on this?
My 02 readings go from like 200 up to 900 fluctuating alot. If you have hp tuners see one of my scans.
I noticed they didnt flucuate under WOT runs.
On crappy2 it takes a while but both eventually start fluctuating.
Thanks!

The o2s are supposed to switch fast like that (first crappy). At wot, the computer goes to open loop and the o2s are not used. When the o2s start switching slow or "lazy" is when they start to go bad...or a side effect of long tubes.
