Stock ls6 heads to a 224R 112 lsa cam. Will i notice i added them?

I would get them milled to bump up the compression . Check the link in my signature as I am running some stock 243s that I touched up . You will notice a difference for sure even if you dont clean them up .

I cleaned up my 243 heads slightly, put in the 224/224 581/581 112 and got more then 20, much more with the right tunner
Put on a 25% underdrive pulley too.
What CAI and LTs are you running?

not sure you'll see a full 20hp....i was gonna say 15 solid.
if you milled them you could see better gains. these engines love compression. if you aren't gonna do anything else to them...AT LEAST mill them a bit.
and if NOTHING else, run a thinner gasket.
