another stall question Hey i read the sticky at the top and one of the FAQs was: will ihave to rev my 3500rpm stall to 3500rpms to get my car to move from a stop, and the answer was:no, just a little more than the normal stall. Why is this true? I thought that you had to rev to your stall speed in order to move because that is the whole point of having a certain stall speed. So why wouldnt you have to rev to 3500rpm if that is your stall speed?

Its just a lot looser and does not FULLY engage till 3500, depending on how tight or loose it is depends on how far you will have to rev to get moving. I have a 4k in mine and other than it reving up a little more it still moves out the same, but if you stomp on it, it flashes the converter quickly to the stall speed, which is the point of a stall to get in your power band more quickly.
