Good morning folks,
I have 2 GTO E40 ecms that I have NOT been able to delete the VATS on for my Volvo project. I have EFIlive and have the car up and running on a GMC Envoy operating system. I WAS able to delete the VATS on the GMC E40 with no problem.
Can one of you guys that wouldn't mind downloading this stock EFIlive file please delete the VATS for me so I can try it?
I seem to be out of options at this point.

You need to apply the vats patch, B9903 and change a couple of values in the theft section

Try this and a full image reflash. (or a compare, so you can see what was changed)
