anyone know if these are for a ls1 arp 230-7001, ive been looking for way to long now for bolts, are these it or anyone know who make the bolts so i can order em

These bolts are M8 x 1.25 x 28mm. I used ARP 661-1002 which is a bulk pack of 5 each hex black oxide M8 x 1.25 x 25mm.

ARP 230-7001 is for a Gen I SBC and won't fit an LSx engine.

i come up with these with that part number

661-1002 is a standard 6 pt black oxide M8x1.25x25mm
671-1002 is a 12 pt black oxide M8x1.25x25mm

Either will work, but the 6 pt are typically a little cheaper.

I went to autozone and bought stanless steel 6pt. 10.9 rated bolts for mine. The torque for those bolts is only 18 ft. lbs. as is most of the M8 bolts on an LSx engine
