Default 99 LS1 into a 94 LT1 car

Hey, I'm looking for wire diagrams for both cars to help me with this swap. can any body help me with this?

im looking for info about this swap too.. things like whether the stock computer will work, and if the 4l60 e is different etc...

I think so but you will need an adaptor flex plate and the lt1 trans crossmember.

The 4l60E shares the same internals, but will not bolt up since it has a different bolt pattern..

Ls1 uses a different one, while the LT1 is SBC style( Hence the reason you can boltup TH400s or TH350s)


But with a LS1 you need a plate made to do it

What I did (and what I highly recomend) was get a Helms manual for both the year of your car and the donnor engine/trans. While not absolutely necessary they will helm you a lot and save a lot of questions.

Recomend you just get a LS1 A4 as it's easier.
