Default SLP Lid Question 2000+

Ok guys i did a search but still cant find a clear answer. I am brand new to modding the LS1 cars. I am ordering an SLP Lid, my car is a 2000 trans am. From the search it appears the 2000+ lids have an air house. But if my air stuff is removed should i just buy a 99 lid? or are there other differneces between the 98-99 and 2000+ lids.
