FS: Xbox 360 W/GTA IV & Klipsch Subwoofer

I just bought this litterally a week ago and dont have any use for it, I guess I bought it out of spite. It is a New Xbox 360 Premium Bundle with the new Grand Theft Auto IV Game. I Paid Over 400 For everything including tax. I would like to get $360 for everything Shipped.

I also have a Klipsch 12 Inch Subwoofer, I purchased this from Bestbuy over 2 months ago and this subwoofer is the BOMB!!! I purchased this from Bestbuy for 529.99 and now the price has dropped to 469.99. I would like 400.00 shipped for the subwoofer.
