Knock in 3rd

Knock in 3rd Just finished hooking everything up yesterday and took the car for a test spin. I have HPTuners controlling my solenoid and I'm still trying to perfect the engage/disengage. Anyway, looking at my logs, when the car makes the 2-3 shift I see anywhere from 1-3* knock coming in on my scan. This is with lowered timing already (2-3 degrees as I wanted to flatten the table) through Roberts dry timing pull. Any ideas what could be causing this?
