Custom radiator & Meziere water pump, what inlet size?

Custom radiator & Meziere water pump, what inlet size? I am ordering a custom double pass radiator from C&R racing for my 1997 Nissan 240SX. I can specify the inlet and outlet sizes I want on the radiator.
Since I will be using a Meziere water pump rather than the stock water pump the hose connection sizes will differ.
According to this page, the electric water pump outlet size is 1"; Should I order a 1" inlet on my radiator and a stock size 1 5/16" outlet so that I would not have to run an adapter on the upper radiator hose?
