Manual Transmission - Can someone help me out with torque specs?

Ok I'm a dumbass. I'm stationed in Jersey and drove all the way to IL prepared to rebuild my transmission while I'm here but I forgot my books. Can anyone help me out and give me the torque specs for the flywhee, pressure plate, bellhousing/tranny bolts, and driveshaft u-joint bolts... It would help me soooo much!!

i just did mine last night,
flywheel= 74 ft lbs
pressure plate= 54 ft lbs
bell and trans bolts= 37 ft lbs

U-joint strap bolts are 14 ft/lbs.
