I just left them unplugged. You can have them tuned out or get o2 simms. If you just unplug them you'll always have the check engine light.

Well hopefully you understand that you only delete the rear o2's and the fronts you will need extensions for. If you run w/o front o2's you will def see a po300(random missfire) code. I would not even worry about the sims and just have someone tune the rears out, most places do it fairly cheap.

The front O2's have to stay, however if you have a computer emissions testing or you just hate the check engine light you will need o2 simms or have them tuned out. I also reccomend 99 Vette O2 sensors for the fronts they have extra long wires and work great for LT's alot fo time when u try to extend the OEM wires they fail. Best of luck!

w/o o2s the PCM dumps fuel and runs constantly rich to aviod detonation. It might contaminate your oil w/ excess fuel but other than that it would be fine.

What kind of mpg are you getting w/no front O2's? I ran with one unplugged by accident and the car ran like crap.

I think you need to go to open loop tuning if want to delete the fronts.

I have been without O's except for my WB for a couple of years. I am running Open Loop Speed Density.

well i had it dyno tuned with ls1edit and the tuner went in and did some small stuff to the computer. he changed the speed limiter, hardened the tranny line pressure for firmer shifts, delayed the shift points, took out the rear o2's, turned off the egr and air so i could unplug those, and a few other small things. im pretty sure he didnt mess with anything having to do with the fronts.

i just hooked my car up to a mastertech and a modis last week and there was nothing, no stored dtc's, no misfires, no nothing. im not saying go ahead and unplug them cause someone could run into problems. i mean im really surprised that nothing has happened w/o the front O2's in. i guess only time will tell.
