Default 02 LS swap b1s1 b2s1 insufficient activity.

I got the 6.0 in my s10 up and running and am working on a few bugs. I am getting a both sides insufficient activity and not going into closed loop. The truck I pulled my engine from was smashed very very hard is it possible the collision could have fragged the 02's. This is in an s10 and I am using sanderston coated shorty headers. The 02s are about four inches back from the collector at the four and six o clock position. I have the rears tuned out and the fronts are very very lazy when watching them on my tech 2 they are staying between 440 and 455 Mv and never any more or less. I'm just looking for some ideas before I jump out and buy a set of o2s.
