Default Tsp duals / 27" sweet thunders

Well, I have a problem with my exhaust. Pacesetters,Tsp 3"duals, w 12" bullets are loud!!! I have no doubt if I don't change it, I will get a ticket. I started it up in a parking lot the other day and set off 3 peoples alarms. I am considering going with 27" sweet thunders. I think I camn make em work and that should calm it down some.

Please share some expierence with toning down true duals. Thanks!

I agree about going with a longer resonator will quiet it down some. Is your exhaust ran to the back of the car or are they dumped? There isn't much to a bullet/sweet thunder resonator, kinda like the resonator on the slp loudmouth 1. perhaps looking at different mufflers & what-not may help the idea of making it more quiet...

don't know anything about the dyno-max's. some guys use flowmaster mufflers but those are gay; almost every mustang guy runs flowmasters. as dug mentioned, magnaflows are a good choice. I'll look into this later tonight when I get home from work and see what kind of mufflers/resonators I can come up with as suggestions.

I forgot to mention I had a ride in car with a very similar setup with duals and st mufflers. Sounded awesome and really loud, even at idle.
