Should I keep it, sell, or part out?
Thinking about getting this car out of the way. It was my first car at 17. Now going on 21. It's a 1991 V6, Automatic, 180,000miles. The floorpans are rusting through and it has passenger side body damage. And the quarter panel has been replaced. Needs a sandblast, prolly has 5 layers of paint on it. Has some rust. Last summer I spent about 3500 in parts on it new alternator, brakes, etc etc, defrosterless hatch, new tires, blah blah blah. Brand new GM front bumper cover. Polished aluminum stock wheels. New header-back 2.5" flowmaster exhaust. Cold air intake. I found the rust in the floor and parked it. Its been sitting all winter...started it up every few weeks or so. It starts up perfect and runs good. I had plans to throw in an LS1 T56 but I just dunno if it will be worth it... Or I think I could fix it up a little ( throw in interior etc, still have the parts minus carpet) and sell it, or just part it out. I just don't know if it'll be worth all the work and money to restore it.
What do you guys think? I know I'll never get my money back anyway.
