Default 4 or 5 ch amp install?

So I recently bought a 5ch amp for my setup and I was wondering. For the Front door speakers is there an easier way they running speaker wire from the front all the way to the back? Can you tap into any wires in the back or not?

Also I am going to need 3 sets of RCA cables. 2 sets for the front and rear speakers, and 1 set for the sub. BUT On the amp it only has 1 RCA input and on the back of the Radio it has 2 rca inputs for the subwoofer. Will I need a traditional RCA cable or just one with a single jack.
