where to get bolts??

where to get bolts?? i have a set of 3 inch valve covers that require longer bolts does anyone now where to get bolts like these along with the rubber grommets?? dont have a local bolt store or anything so i was really looking for a kit i guess

If I ever have a hard time finding bolts (which happens quite often), I take the measurements and just order them from the Bolt Depot (online). Granted, it won't come with exactly everything you'd need for the valve covers...but it is a start. Nobody that I'm aware of makes such a bolt kit.
Actually, the first place I'd check is the Nasty Nate (Nasty Performance)...they deal with valve covers of all shapes and sizes. If anyone would have a bead on where to turn, it'd be them.
