Default Pushrods/heads/cam compatibility

Currently I am doing a L92 head swap onto my LQ4 motor. The cam is a 228/236 lsa 115. Can I use stock pushrods with this application? or do I go hardened and if at stock length?

Also does anyone know where my compression will be at? A little more info the bottom end is completely stock.

Looking good!

I figure if you're using stock valve springs it's ok to use stock pushrods. Taking a guess, the CR is probably around 10:1.
